Quality Inn & Suites Towanda

Came up for a 4 day stay while giving family a ride up to Rome, PA. Can't complain about the room. A nornal king-size room, average for one person. Average TV size, lights, shower, fridge, and microwave. It is very clean like you'd expect from most hotels. The front desk was always there if I needed them and very friendly and knowledgeable. The WiFi is a little weak or dead at times, which is my own little little own pet peeves since I brought a Roku. Other than that, a good hotel that's great value for price, better pricing than the hotel maybe a mile down the street. Would stay again if I had to travel to northern Pennsylvania again. Just remember, there are only a few convenience stores nearby, again not being from Pennsylvania. I don't know everything around here, so make sure to pull up your map on your phone. This hotel is located maybe 30-45 minutes from a casino that is in New York and from a good amount of other activities. But as far as the hotel, I had no problems and enjoyed my stay.

The General manager is amazing. She is the most kind person you could ask for. The hotel is nice, pool and sauna is clean. Room was spotless and shower perfect. Hotel was full of roughnecks from the gas fields bit you could hardly tell. They clean off there cloths before entering so they won't track mud in.

Great hotel for a night or two. Location’s not bad. Breakfast could use improvement and unfortunately the pool hasn’t been opened since Covid according to the sign on the door. Stayed here again recently. Good hotel but the pillows and mattresses could use an upgrade.

Recently stayed there while on a road trip Good location, clean room, nice facilities, friendly & helpful staff and a good breakfast. They even had bottled alcoholic beverages on hand, so you didn't have to run out to grab one. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I forgot a chain & dog tag that had sentimental value to me, and they got a hold of me that same day and offered to mail it to me - Thank you, Beth!

We've stayed here a few times. Generally speaking the rooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly. It's also nice that they're pet friendly. We had a problem with our room once or twice and they're always good about fixing the problem immediately.

Cleanliness is a high priority, and this Quality Inn was as clean a place as I have seen. Either very new, or very well-maintained.

BEST Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at! The staff was super friendly, made me feel like I was at home. Fresh baked cookies every afternoon wonderful breakfast area home cooked meals by Diane!!! Very clean, and in a very convenient location. Thank you so much to all of the staff you were wonderful.

Excellent hotel. Top notch service, breakfast was good every morning. Super friendly staff and always very helpful day or night. Water pressure was 10/10 , ac/heat was 10/10. Would recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet.
